I’m a journalist, a doctoral student, and a Senior Lecturer in Journalism who blogs here and there: food, Nicaragua, blackademia, gratitude are my previous forays … and now Inferno!

I took an Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Instructor course back at the end of January/beginning of February and I was teaching weekly at work but then Lockdown said:

“Hey, Lynda! You’re not teaching enough …why don’t you teach daily early-Shirley as well as your regular once-a-week 6pm class?” 

So that’s what I’ve been doing online and that’s what I’ll continue to do for now, at least. 

I’ve been supported by lots and lots of lovely people along the way but now it’s time to take the next step.

Opportunity has knocked once again so now I’m going harness some of my skills to share what I talk about all the time:
