Consistency compounds.

1 becomes 2 becomes 3 becomes 4 and before you know it you’ve done 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 workouts using only 7 minutes of your time per day.

what is the system?

It’s a non-stop workout.

7 minutes.

13 exercises.

30 seconds HIIT.

10 seconds active recovery which means you keep moving between the exercises.

7 minutes only saying nice things to ourselves.

In 2024 I did lots of challenges: 7 days, 9 days, 21 days, 30 days and beyond.

All designed to build consistency, confidence and create a habit so that I could establish fitness into my daily routine.

I came across a 7-minute exercise system which ticked all the boxes – quick, achievable yet challenging and building up my physical health.

I decided that based on everything I’d been doing previously, I would add one more element – the mindset switch.

Somebody commented “stop talking we want to get on with the workout!” That made me laugh out loud.

I give alignment cues, timings and repeat positive affirmations all the way throughout and before you know it, we’ve finished.

Why 7 minutes

⚡️ It’s quick.

⚡️ It’s easy to achieve.

⚡️You can find 7 minutes of your time if you choose to.

Consistency and confidence are built from repeating an action so that it becomes a habit.

When it becomes something you can do with ease, it’s a no-brainer.

If I suggested working out for 7 hours, you’d rightly think I’d lost the plot.

And yet, that’s effectively what we’ve achieved in 60 workouts.

It works because a big action is broken down into a tiny actions and that builds up to a BIG result.
