I did it! Level 2 ran over three days online and it was early morning for the students Stateside but for me it was early afternoon until midnight.

In the last blog I said that I had wanted to do the two levels back-to-back in Mallorca but for an incident with attempting to catch a large cast iron pan with one arm!

Interestingly, in class I say to the students ‘do what you can, do your best and you will get the benefits you need, today’.

For me, doing the Training six months apart has worked very well. I feel confident in Level 1 and I can now develop my Level 2 practice and teaching.

I notice one or two students using weights and resistance bands in the classes so I’ll be able to instruct them a little more with their exercises.

Level 2 Teacher Training was as inspiring as Level 1. Gabi Walters instils so much belief in us.

Today, I heard that Tony Morris, who I used to work with about 20 years ago, died aged 57.

57 is no age. We must seize every moment and every opportunity that comes our way.

Don’t cloud your decisions with what ifs because they become reasons and excuses. Do it:
